Apr. 8-20 2010 – Apr. 8-20, 2010 – Email Discussion among Heather Nathans, governing bd, and Honors and Awards selection committee re: Grad Student Award funding. Selection committee was Zach Dorsey and Robin Bernstein. The grad student award of 400.00 + one year membership was awarded to Aaron Tobiason, with an Honorable Mention + one year membership to Naomi Stubbs. We hope to be able to fund additional awards in the future.

July 6 2010 – Heather Nathans to governing bd: confirming ATDS publication award to be named for Dr. Vera Mowry Roberts; website preview by July 25; update on International Initiatives Committee meeting; new memberships; new publications; fundraising ideas to be discussed at Annual Bd. Meeting
July 8 2010 – Cheryl Black to governing bd advising them of her absence at ATHE 2010 and asking for an ‘understudy’ at bd. Meeting
July 13 2010 – Noelia Hernando-Real to membership: CFP for the panel "Land/Scapes on the USA Stage: Theatrical Interventions in the Land of Opportunity". This panel is part of the upcoming 10th SAAS conference to be held at the University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid (Spain) April 14-16, 2011.
July 16 2010 – Heather Nathans to membership: announcements about upcoming ATDS events at ATHE, including three fliers, two of which highlight upcoming collaborations with the Black Theatre Association and Latino/a Focus Group.
